Will I receive my earnest deposit if my loan doesn’t go through?
TAWANA'S ANSWER:
Yes, if your loan does not go through, you will get your earnest deposit back as we placed a financing contingency in your purchase contract; this financing contingency protects you. Should this happen, I will send over a mutual rescission to the sellers asking them to release you from the contract and to release and return your deposit.
