What's the difference between a deed and a title?
A deed and title are two separate entities/legal concepts. The title is the legal way of indicating that you have the rights of ownership in a property. The ownership structure may vary and is transferable. Now, the deed is an actual document that gives yo the right to transfer the title from one person to another; the deed must be recorded for it to be legally binding.
